The Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center is an outpatient surgery center focused on the diagnostic treatment of pain. Opened in November, 2005, the center was formed as a partnership between Drs. Gregory Ball, Roger Catlin and Thomas Miller.
Patients are referred to the Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center for treatment by their interventional pain physician. Self referrals and walk-ins are not permitted. Patients interested in seeking pain medicine services should contact their primary care doctor or call (423) 648-4525 for additional information.
